
Kelly Adams is a Legal Advisor at the Global Justice Center, where she focuses on sexual and gender-based violence in crimes against humanity. She holds a J.D. from the Washington University School of Law, with certificates in International and Comparative Law and Public Interest Law, and a M.P.S. in Intelligence from Georgetown University. Her writing can be found the Fordham International Law Journal, Syracuse Law’s Journal of Global Rights and Organizations, the Transnational Litigation Blog, and Just Security.
