Currently a Sophomore at Stanford University, pursuing a double major in International Relations and Public Policy, with a minor in Human Rights, Gia is an avid researcher passionate about promoting equal access, literacy, and justice in international development. Through her coursework and industry experience, she has developed a deep appreciation for the intricate dynamics of migrant rights, understanding of the multifaceted interplay between humanitarian aid and geopolitics, and insight into the functioning of the international judicial and criminal systems. As an intern at West Africa Transitional Justice Center, Gia is excited to help promote the rule of law in regions either emerging from conflict or contemplating transition and deepen her knowledge of conflict related gender violence.
